Overview

Kemin is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global Digital Marketing team based in Des Moines, Iowa! This position will act as a centralized resource for all Kemin business units across the globe. In this newly created role, you will support ongoing operational needs, including system configuration, maintenance, user training, and troubleshooting our current marketing automation platform, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to business unit marketers on marketing automation initiatives.
  • Advise business unit partners on how digital marketing and HubSpot can be utilized throughout their marketing campaigns and promotions, driving brand awareness and engagement and generating leads.
  • Research support documentation to find the answers for any issues or concerns our business units are experiencing with our marketing automation system.\
  • Build comprehensive lead-generation campaigns. (ex. Emails, nurtures, forms, landing pages)
  • Establish, document, and train on company-wide processes and best practices for utilizing our marketing technology.
  • Create HubSpot training materials and content – including articles, videos, and emails.
  • Perform user training on all things HubSpot, including our custom CRM integration.
  • Establish and maintain data hygiene protocols to ensure accurate segmentation & targeting in support of organizational business objectives.
  • Act as the global administrator of HubSpot, managing users, permissions, contact and asset partitioning, reporting and dashboards, etc.
  • Audit the platform to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and brand standards. (ex. Landing page designs, required form fields, required import properties, file structure, naming conventions)
  • Promote the use of HubSpot and marketing technology throughout Kemin.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Additional related experience may substitute
  • Marketing automation experience - preferably HubSpot.
  • High technical aptitude – the ability to hop into any new tool or tech and master it quickly.
  • Clear communicator – you will be coordinating work with several stakeholders.
  • Well organized – you will need to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Collaborative – This position will work with various business units from across the globe.
  • Experience with lead scoring, nurturing, and routing.
  • Experience with email marketing tactics and best practices.
  • HTML / CSS and light web development skills are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and create reports that tell a story.
  • Strong ability to build trust with and influence internal and external business partners.
