The Precision Animal Health (PAH) Industry and Network Partnership Team focuses on relationship development with strategic partners to help drive market development, pull-through demand, and revenue growth.

The Senior Manager, Industry and Network Partnerships is responsible for development and maintenance of key business and industry relationships to drive adoption and implementation of PAH solutions. This role will execute on strategies to engage with industry partners in order to develop integration opportunities to grow the PAH technology network. The Sr Manager will work across teams to evaluate business and technology opportunities to expand and complement existing PAH solutions. The successful candidate will leverage existing relationships and network contacts to identify strategic opportunities to support business development. This role will contribute to identifying complementary industry partners that create diverse growth drivers such as data integration, customer optionality, supply chain enhancements and/or speed to market. The Sr Manager will communicate strategic partnership goals, objectives and commitments to execution, marketing and sales teams. The successful candidate will incorporate broad knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop partner relationships that contribute significantly to the financial and strategic growth targets across the current and future PAH portfolio. This role will contribute to a high-performing, agile team collaborating with multiple business units and animal species. The position will require travel, some international, in support of customer, partner, and corporate activities. 

Qualifications:

Education

  • B.S. in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, MBA) in relevant field preferred
  • 7+ years experience (or 5+ with advanced degree) in the livestock industry

Competencies

  • Goal driven and works well in fast paced environments.
  • Strong experience in managing partnerships, business development, negotiation, B2B sales models.
  • Self-motivated in achieving objectives
  • Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Action oriented forward thinking, energized by challenges and dynamic situations
  • Adaptable, learns quickly and open to change
  • Strong analytical skills
