The MARKETING SPECIALIST is responsible for the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing activities for multiple product lines. Brand positioning, integrated marketing strategies, and implementing global marketing tactics at the regional level are also a part of this position.


  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support the annual marketing objectives established by the North American Marketing team
  • Assess the current global marketing objectives and provide appropriate solutions for implementing those at a regional level
  • Ensure all marketing activities internally and externally adhere to corporate brand guidelines and conduct required functions to maintain legal protection
  • Evaluate functionality of websites and online media and develop strategies for improving that functionality for internal and customer use
  • Identify and track key metrics to evaluate results of marketing programs; communicate results with management and provide feedback to maximize efforts
  • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals. Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey
  • Support development and distribution of all marketing channels including digital, print, and social
  • Develop annual advertising campaigns, oversee graphic creation, and manage all aspects of advertising including budget, placement, and evaluation
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to support annual marketing objectives and goals of the Sales team
  • Create content that illustrates ROI of Smart Farming Product Range and supports product launches of new products for social media
  • Collaborate on market research development, project review, and collect data on products, competitors, and customer segments
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of the business and department

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in creating written and directing graphic content development
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing tactics and ability to stay up to date with current trends
  • Proficient in social media and SEO strategy
  • Proficient in Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


  • Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing or Communications preferred but not required
  • Two (2) to four (4) years related work experience, agriculture background a must
  • Ag Communications background
  • Trained in graphic design and brand compliance, photography experience a plus
