District Operations Manager will lead and support operational activities for a defined group of locations. These activities will include, but not be limited to: service department, parts departments, administrative tasks, facility management, fleet management, training, onboarding, recruitment and customer experience. Candidate will office out of our Clarkson or Humphrey, Nebraska locations and split time between the two stores.


•   Lead, support, and drive aftermarket activities in designated areas and locations: revenue, growth, efficiencies.

•   Facility appearance and safety items

•   Training for store staff

•   Recruitment of aftermarket personnel

•   Fleet management of responsibility stores

•   Onboarding and continual education

•   Administrative tasks are completed and efficient through locations.


•   Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening. 

•   Driven and highly self-motivated.

•   Trustworthy, honest, and respectful.

•   High level of organizational skills with consideration to detail and accuracy.

•   Possesses strong traits such as decision-making, problem solving and good judgement.

•   Valid driver’s license.

•   Proficient computer skills

•   5+ years of business management experience preferred


•   High school diploma or equivalent

•   2 or 4 year college degree preferred but not required


  • Salary starts at $75,000 plus bonuses and incentives
