We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

As the Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for www.tractorzoom.com and www.ironcomps.com products and services. You should have the ambition to turn our company into the market leading brand. You should have a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective results. You will report to the CEO but work closely with our sales leadership, oversee content strategy and execute the Tractor Zoom and Iron Comps customer acquisition and retention strategies.


Your Responsibilities:

Manage:

  • Manage marketing budget to drive ROI
  • Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal leadership and production team
  • Understand key competitive differences of our products and clearly articulate them through marketing communications
  • Manage marketing production team, contractors and affiliate marketers

 

Execute:

  • Identify, implement, test, measure and optimize new growth tactics and marketing channels to deliver Monthly Active Users at or above monthly targets
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on critical KPI’s that impact and influence future marketing activities
  • Implement and optimize A/B testing methodologies to develop a personalized digital experience from ad click to landing page based on user segmentation
  • Champion ‘Best in Class’ mindset and develop leading edge media plans to deliver high quality leads and a marketing leading brand
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to identity key opportunities to improve product, communication and conversion


Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring users digitally
  • Clear understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes
  • Advanced understanding and experience with social media, online advertising, Salesforce, SEO, SEM, drip campaigns, CMS and Google Analytics or other relevant tools
  • Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
  • Ability to turn data into marketing intelligence and action-oriented analysis
  • Strong listening, communication and written skills
  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing. (SaaS or subscription based software marketing experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Have a growth mindset and like to have fun!
