Drive and lead planning and execution of strategies to help move client businesses forward.


Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships

  • Protect client and Filament profitability and proactively manage risk 
  • Assist with challenging requests or issue escalation, as needed
  • In-depth knowledge and on-going pulse of each client/brand/company – industry, market conditions, pain points, messages, competitors, goals, etc.
  • Get to know clients as human beings (hobbies, interests, family, etc.)
  • Operate as the lead point of contact
  • Nurture ways to help existing clients and proactively share opportunity (audits, industry insights, living it)
  • In-depth knowledge of Filament services/capabilities and ability to connect client needs with ways our team can help
  • Share insights and opportunities with the client – within and outside of our scope of work
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of work according to target audience needs and client objectives
  • Demonstrate value by sharing thoughts and insights

Be a Stickler for Strategy

  • Understand and identify impactful insights from product/market research
  • Understand, interpret and apply analytics and metrics for planning
  • Ask big-gain/investigative questions and listen to the client’s needs 
  • Oversee and guide all plans (annual, campaign, media, social, PR, event, etc.)
  • Manage and lead the strategic development and planning process informed by the client’s goals and objectives
  • Proactively manage for short-term needs and long-term priorities 
  • Align all efforts with customer experience and journey
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine strategy
  • Position insights and reporting to clients, tying learnings and results back to strategy 
  • Full awareness of Filament’s capabilities and tools

  • Seek new business opportunities with existing and potential clients 


  • Working knowledge of the animal nutrition industry - swine or beef experience a plus
