We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be accountable for onboarding and servicing customers with our Iron Comps suite (www.ironcomps.com). You will work closely with our sales leadership and other Customer Success Representatives to support Tractor Zoom.

Onboarding

  • Implementation of new projects and designing an onboarding process to execute successful change management with new clients
  • Become a functional expert in Iron Comps and communicate value to customers
  • Gain and document a full understanding of customers’ machinery valuation needs
  • Consult customers as they integrate Iron Comps into their internal processes
  • Interpret usage reports to analyze customer engagement and develop follow-up actions

Engagement

  • Maintain consistent and consultative interactions with Iron Comps customers to understand each customer’s needs
  • Customer relationship and retention activities including phone calls, emails and onsite meetings
  • Account maintenance work in Salesforce to track and understand customer health (usage, successes and challenges)
  • Reduce customer churn by building long term loyalty and trust
  • Document and maintain all customer interaction in Salesforce
  • Manage and negotiate renewal agreements with current customers
  • Formalize customer advisory board
  • Collaborate with Marketing to engage existing customers with new features
  • Identify product enhancements and work with the product team to ensure proper prioritization
  • Serve as escalation point for customers


The Ideal Candidate

  • A proactive self-starter who is motivated to reach and exceed goals while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • An effective communicator with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships
  • Willing and able to quickly learn and master new technologies
  • Possess a track record of success in previous business and/or academic settings
  • Appetite to define a role with the potential to build and grow a team
  • Previous implementation, customer support or sales experience is preferred but not required
  • A background in agriculture and/or familiarity with heavy machinery is nice to have but not required
